  • What kind of therapies do you offer?
    I offer a range of therapies based on my areas of expertise that are supported by the Ancient Indian American Communities healing practices, including Holistic Therapy, Mindfulness Coaching, Cocoa Ceremonies and Energy Healing. Each therapy is tailored to meet your individual needs.
  • How do I book a session?
    You can book a session through this website, by sending me a whatsapp request over T: +351 961 900 544 or by emailing me at: roberta.abud@caimsanctuary.com Together, you and I will arrange the best scheduling to accommodate your needs.
  • What are your rates and payment options?
    My rates are as follows: - Free : for a Connection Call, which is a online intro call lasting 30min. - 65 Euros: for a Holistic Therapy Session lasting 1hr. - Personalised Program: rates can vary depending on the type of therapy and session length. Currently I accept only bank transfers. Please contact me for detailed payment information.
  • Can I cancel or reschedule a session?
    Yes, you can reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellation are not accepted. Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your appointment.
  • Do you accept insurance?
    Holistic therapies are typically not covered by insurance. However, some insurance plans may offer partial reimbursement for certain services. I recommend checking with your insurance provider for more information.

  • How many sessions will I need?
