A Transformative Retreat with Medicine Women
Sembrando el Corazón is a journey among women, inviting us to explore our inner selves through ancestral experiences led by Maya grandmothers, healers and women. Together, we create a circle of support and affection, where each participant can integrate essential aspects of her personal and collective growth, guided by our wise Maya mentors.
There we connect with Maya heritage through practices such as herbal remedies, sacred fire rituals, and traditional teachings, honouring their resilience and commitment to preserving their origins and spirituality. By engaging with women’s groups and exploring community feminism, we will learn about its role in decolonizing female bodies and Mother Earth.
This journey opens us to Maya cosmology, to our great inner wisdom - experienced through the practices and teachings we encounter. This is a path dedicated to women, wisdom carriers, committed to preserving and passing on their knowledge; cleansing and healing stories and hearts.
